The DesBrisay Museum's Folk Art collection is one of the largest and most diverse in ALL of Nova Scotia, reflecting an array of different styles, cultural influences, and historical contexts.
We're also proud to boast the definitive collection of Lunenburg County Folk Art, much of which is rooted in the heritage of the Foreign Protestant population that colonized the region during the latter half of the 18th Century.
